Immunization Policy
In accordance with The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), the American 大学健康协会(ACHA)和佛罗里达州法律 (Florida Statute 1006.69), Jacksonville University has established immunization requirements to protect the 学生个人和校园社区的健康.

Our medical records system enables you to electronically request your immunization records from the immunization registries of the states in which you received vaccines. In addition to the MMR and Tdap vaccine, all residential students must show proof of the following immunizations or sign the waiver included on the patient portal.

Hepatitis B Vaccine
Hepatitis B is a viral infection of the liver caused primarily by contact with blood 以及其他感染者的体液. Vaccine Exemptions
Medical Exemption
